Eligibility criteria: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Footwear, accessories, and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective. Any product showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved, subject to stock availability. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
